I have to say, I am having a hard time picking a winner each week. After reading so many of your amazing posts, I stumbled across this post. It made me cry. It is so beautifully put, and moving. Any parent will relate. Even if you are not a parent, this is a heartfelt and lovely read.
I so relate with this post. Recently, I have been amazed with how difficult parenting is. This was a heart check for me. One of my favorite parts of this post reads: "You get in the way of me. And that, really, is actually the
biggest inconvenience of all.You make abundantly obvious the futility
of living a life that revolves around me and is all about me and ends
with me."

Aw man, Amberly, why did you have to put up such a cute pic of your dog? Anyways, the moment I saw this post it caught my eye. Partly because my husband and I have been on the fence for awhile about getting a puppy. I love the reasons Amberly lists out on this blog post for "Why every marriage needs a puppy". I love #2 the best: There is always someone to keep you company when your spouse is gone. So true. Anyways, it is a great post and one worth reading. Plus, I just love this photo. It is rather Pinterest worthy for family photos including your pet!

I love the idea of re-doing a dresser, and I loved this tutorial from Stephanie at Barksdale Blessings. In fact, I need a dresser for my bedroom right now! Isn't it pretty?
