5K Love

This year I did my first 5K and I loved it. They seem to clear my mind and help with the everyday stress. Since my Dad was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer in January, I want to participate in as many cancer related walks as possible. Here are a few of the walks I have signed up for. Paws for life

     I did it! I did my first 5k! My friend, Christy joined me along with our dogs, Nala and Bowser. It was a lot of fun and the dogs had fun too, well most of the time. Nala got tired quickly and wanted to be held and of course I carried her. I spoil her like she is my child. Bowser was a champ and walked the whole thing. I guess he didn't have a choice, no one was going to carry his big ass.
