This year I did my first 5K and I loved it. They seem to clear my mind and help with the everyday stress. Since my Dad was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer in January, I want to participate in as many cancer related walks as possible. Here are a few of the walks I have signed up for. I will also be participating in my first "Relay for Life" next year for my Dad! That one won't be until April sometime and the website still needs to be updated but feel free to check that one out as well.
This is so awesome :-) That is so great you are working hard to fundraise for cancer research in support of your dad. My dad passed away from kidney cancer so I am right there with you on supporting cancer research!
